Return and Exchange Policy

All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days and require the original receipt. Items must be returned in brand-new, unopened condition with the original packaging; otherwise, a 15% restocking fee will apply.

Return and Exchange Process:

Simply call our hotline at +1 (437) 667-7818 and provide your order number. Our team will assist you with the return or exchange process.

Once we confirm receipt of the returned item, you will receive a confirmation email, and we will proceed with processing. After verifying the item’s condition, the refund will be credited to your account within 7-10 business days.

Important Notes:

  • We only accept returns and exchanges for products purchased directly from our official website: www.robamcanada.com.
  • If you purchased the product from an authorized dealer, please contact them directly for return or exchange services.
  • Refurbished or used products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • For exchanges, you will not be charged any additional delivery, shipping, or service fees. Depending on the price difference of your new selected product, you will receive a refund or be charged the difference using the original payment method.
  • For returns, you will receive a refund for the product price, but delivery, shipping, and service fees are non-refundable. Please contact us to discuss product damage to determine if you qualify for a refund.
  • If you require repair services, we can arrange for parts to be shipped to you.

Products Damaged Upon Delivery:

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 days at +1 (437) 667-7818 to request a return, exchange, or repair.

Returns for Other Reasons:

If you are unsatisfied with your product for any other reason, you may request a return within 30 days. The returned product must be in its original, brand-new, and unused condition. A 15% restocking fee (minimum $100 CAD) will apply. If the return is not due to a product quality issue, shipping fees will also be charged (shipping fees vary by distance—please confirm with our team before returning). If the 30-day return period has passed, but your product is still under warranty, please contact us for warranty service or repair. Additional charges may apply depending on the situation.
